OUR CLIENT-FOCUSED PROCESS:
DISCOVER, DESIGN + BUILD
During a brief 15-20 minute phone call, we delve into the "why" behind your renovation aspirations, determine if our services align with your needs, and gather crucial project details including type, your intended investment, and timeline. Should we mutually determine that we're compatible, we'll arrange an in-home visit.

During a 60-90 minute visit to your home, we'll discuss challenges with your current space and explore your daily routine to uncover potential solutions. We'll have a frank discussion about budget, so it's extremely important that you and any other stakeholders have had this discussion prior to our visit.

After the home tour, you'll have the opportunity to explore our Design Studio, where we'll discuss the expected scope of work and offer an estimated investment range. If the proposal aligns with your goals, we'll move forward by signing the Design and Development Agreement, typically with a 5% -7% retainer, which will be credited toward the final project cost.
At the onset of the design phase, our talented designer will visit your home to take a 3D scan of your space, and get a clear understanding of your vision. We'll then go to work creating 2-3 potential layout options for you to consider.

Upon approval of your desired layout, we transition to the material selections phase, where your designer curates options, accompanies you to vendor appointments, and prepares 3D renderings to confirm our design aligns with your vision.

At your final presentation, you'll experience a captivating video walkthrough and virtual reality presentation of your space, along with a fixed price investment cost. Finally, your Construction Agreement will be prepared to initiate the construction phase.

As the pre-construction phase begins, we apply for building permits as well as align our schedule with our trusted trade partners. Concurrently, we procure design and building materials that will be stored at our warehouse until needed onsite.
Under the guidance of your project manager, there is strict adherence to quality control standards as our in-house carpenters and skilled trade partners carry out the construction and installation of your project.
Throughout the construction phase, you'll receive regular updates on the status of your project via your client portal's daily log feature. Additionally, your designer remains actively engaged, visiting the jobsite to ensure that your design vision is being realized at key points throughout the construction process.
After all three steps are complete, it's time to embrace your newly remodeled space, where countless cherished memories await.
