In-Home Consultation
Next, we’ll visit your home for about 60–90 minutes. During this visit, we’ll dive into what’s not working in your space, walk through your daily routines, and brainstorm creative solutions. We’ll also have an open conversation about budget—so it’s important that you and anyone involved in the decision-making are aligned before the meeting.
Visit Our Design Studio
After your home consultation, you’ll get to explore our Design Studio! We’ll review the scope of work, talk through design ideas, and share a projected investment range. If everything aligns with your vision and goals, we’ll take the next step by signing a Design & Development Agreement. This comes with a 5–7% retainer, which is credited toward your final project cost.
