+ Are you licensed, bonded, and insured?

Yes, we are fully insured and bonded for the protection of our valued clients.

+ Will you stand by your work?

Yes, we have an A+ rating with the BBB and offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If something is not as promised, we will make it right.

+ Will I need to supply products or equipment?

No, we bring everything necessary to make your home sparkle.

+ Are your cleaning products safe for my pets?

Yes, we use GreenSeal certified products that are plant-based and biodegradable. These are the same products used in the finest hotels.

+ What forms of payment are accepted?

We accept Cash, Check, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

+ Do I need to be home during my housekeeping service?

We ask that you be present at the beginning of your first service to point out any areas of concern, but after that, it is not necessary that you are home during your service. Most clients provide us with a key, which we keep in a locked safe in our office when it is not in use. If you do not plan to be home during services, we can discuss a method of entry with which you are comfortable. In apartment communities, with your written permission, we retrieve your key from the leasing office and return it after your service is completed.
